Several of these small purse seiners work near Ko Yao Noi and Ko Yao Yai. This one looked very well-kept. Their base is in the space between the two big islands, which is nearly landlocked and forms a well-protected anchorage in any season. There are several villages and docks in this region with ferries running to Phuket, Krabi and other islands.
